At Nalanda Sr. Sec School, the admission process is designed to be transparent, student-centric, and supportive, ensuring that each child is placed in an environment best suited to their learning needs and potential. We encourage parents to carefully review the admission guidelines and timelines to ensure a smooth and well-informed admission process.
- Prospective parents must register their wards for admission when the admission process is declared, which usually commences in January.
- Once registered, students will be called for an interactive session to gauge their intellectual aptitude, followed by a parent orientation.
- For Classes I–VIII, an informal test (oral/written) may be conducted by subject experts to assess the scholastic aptitude of the pupil and to decide on an individualized learning program.
- For Classes IX & XI, a formal test will be conducted in the subjects chosen by the pupil.
- Direct admission will not be granted in Classes X and XII without prior approval from CBSE. (Contact the school in person for such cases.)
